High-Temp Industries air heaters feature an open coil of high
temperature resistant wire electrically isolated in a 304 stainless steel sheath.
Because the air being heated passes directly over the resistance wire, maximum
heat transfer efficiency is achieved. Our heaters are commonly used for heat
staking, plastic welding, laminating, drying, sealing and any operation where
air needs to be heated up 1000°F. 1/2”, 5/8" and 3/4” diameters in either
120 volt or 240 volt with high temperature leads or 3-pin connectors are always
