Mini Coil Heaters

High-Temp Industries mini coil heaters lend themselves to a variety of uses such as replacements for cartridge heaters where irregular size bores are found or for use on plastic injection molding machine bushings or machine nozzles. The mini coil heating element is constructed in a rectangular profile to increase surface contact of the heater and injection nozzle, resulting in superior heat transfer. Our mini-coil heaters come with standard axial clamping straps to allow the heating element to maintain full clamping force at elevated temperatures. Our wedge locking mechanism compensates for thermal expansion ensuring optimum performance at high temperatures. Flexible element extensions terminate to standard Teflon 72 inch lead wires with moisture resistant seals to ensure longevity.
