High-Temp Industries’ ceramic
heaters are designed for thermal applications where high performance is
required to ensure optimal effectiveness of equipment and process. Our ceramic heaters are constructed of
aluminum nitride, incorporate a thermally-matched proprietary heating element for
maximum performance in challenging applications and terminates with flexible
lead wires with optional straight quick connect, flag quick connect, ring or
space terminals. Aluminum nitride is especially suitable for applications
requiring a clean, non-contaminating heat source. In addition, its geometric stability ensures
consistent part-to-part thermal contact during repetitive heating cycles. High-Temp Industries’ ceramic heaters can
operate up to 1,300°F (705°C) with an ultra-fast ramp rate of up to 270°F
(150°C) per second depending on the application, heater design and process
parameters. In addition to excellent thermal characteristics, our ceramic
heaters have high electrical isolation and provide superior chemical and
corrosive resistance over traditional metal heaters.
